At Seaway Marine Transport, we strive to earn our customers’ trust and confidence via a proactive approach to service.

One of our performance initiatives is to regularly evaluate our service by canvassing shippers using third-party assessors. This initiative is fundamental to our continuous improvement efforts.

In accordance with our ISO 9001/14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems Certification, we also regularly examine customer issues and concerns by means of a bi-departmental review group. The resolution of concerns are tracked and addressed in a timely manner and corrective action activities are only considered “closed” upon receipt of written acceptance from the party initiating the resolution process.
